Iranian- American Gathered in Downtown Dallas Commemorating the 40th Day of the Passing of Sattar Beheshti

To commemorate the fortieth day of the passing of Sattar Beheshti, an Iranian blogger who was tortured to death in Iran on October 3rd, 2012, the Iranian-American Community of North Texas held a ceremony in Downtown Dallas.  In addition to Sattar’s ceremony, people protested the continued violation of human rights in Iran and demanded that all political prisoners be freed.
